I was recruited by the Store Manager (which i didn't know she was) while ringing her up at my current job. I didn't apply till 2 months after being recruited. Met with her at a cafe to get to know each other more and had a lot of laughs, discussed opportunities in different positions and which one I would be interested in. Then the second week I had a skype interview with the District Manager which was fairly easy, introduced myself and my background in retail and that's about it. I was only applying for Stock Assistant (once a week), but then was offered Stock an hour after the Skype interview. The process could have only taken a week, but due to my schedule at my current job, it took about 2 weeks plus some. (Just show a lot of personality and interest with the company + have product knowledge + know what kind of clientele the location gets. Before I officially applied, I just came in to shop for a mother's day gift and talked/joked a lot with store manager and the staff which turned into being recruited again).
