The Interview at the DM Level was alright. The interview with the associate manager was unacceptable. She did not value the right talent and kept yawning during the interview which I found extremely disrespectful. She couldn't care less about higher degrees and kept emphasizing on herself. Typical questions were asked, nothing special, nothing deep, nothing personal, nothing useful. Oh ya, she was scared to hire people for higher positions than her, which is quite short sighted and immature. If this is the way Michael Kors are hiring in NYC then the company is doomed to fail. Especially now the sales growth has plateaued. It is all about hiring and maintaining the right human capital. Certain people are not meant for HR positions, especially if they are cocky or close minded.
