My first Interview was with the District Manager in Person. It lasted about an hour and went really well. After 3 weeks, she called to tell me that the Regional Manager wanted to interview me over the phone. Interview was supposed to be at 9am but she called me about 20 minutes late and asked me if this was an ok time to talk. (what?!) anyway, she went on to ask me questions, and while im trying answer i would get cut off and tell me she wasn't understanding what i was saying. I was very frustrated, even my questions werent answered very well. After this interview i had no interest in working for her which is sad because the brand is so great!
