Capri's internal recruiting team was available to answer questions and provide guidance throughout the process. I was interviewed for a Management title, and following the initial phone screening, I interviewed three times with different levels of senior management. Each interview was about 30 minutes long, and only the final interview with my department head (Senior Vice President) was in-person. From the date I had my phone screening to the date I had my offer letter was about 4 weeks.
