I first applied online for the position, got a call & prescreen, then got offered to come in for interview, then was asked to come back to one the floor interactive interview with DM, and then a phone call interview with RM

I was referred by a friend who was a sales manager of the store and was trying to find her replacement as she was leaving the state. I was working as an assistant manager of a store directly across the way, so I knew what to expect (what kind of clientele, traffic). I had an interview with the store manager first and then with the district manager. I received a call back 2 weeks later.
