Had I initial phone interview and was told I was I great match and wanted to arrange interview with VP of Sales And was scheduled. Before it happened I received a call saying it needed to be rescheduled after the holidays. I followed up after the holidays and was told they still wanted to move forward with the interview. That was three weeks ago and nothing. Totally unprofessional.

They were very concerned about my ability to travel.
This is an outside sales position and the first call is basically to tell you about the position and they only care about is that you were a sales manager at a dealership. Then they set up a quick video call to ask you some basic dealership questions. Makes no sense that I have sales management experience and outside sales experience but would prefer just dealer experience. Was also told I would be meeting face to face and then cancelled the day before. Seems to be a strange sales model.
