I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Car Keys Express (Philadelphia, PA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The Interviews were great, I really enjoyed talking to both the recruiter & manager. Im currently waiting on a response for hire. The interviews were very informative & I left with an overall understanding of what I could potentially be apart of.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Car Keys Express (Saginaw, MI) in Dec 2017
Interview
Initial phone/video interview with recruiter. 2nd phone/video interview with manager lasting over an hour. Follow up call and email from the recruiter both expressing a follow up email or call would come shortly notifying of whether the job would be offered. Over two weeks later I finally emailed the manager asking if there was any progress but there was no answer. I had another job offer I was considering in the meantime, so I had to email the recruiter twice to get a response. They still hadn’t made a decision. At this point I wouldn’t have accepted had they offered anyhow. Then I get an email two days later saying they were moving in another direction.
The initial responses I received after inquiring on the posted job seemed organized and detailed and then everything thereafter indicated a company that doesn’t have a lot of clear direction. The lack of response after explicitly saying I would have an answer in a week was disappointing to say the least and unprofessional in many ways.
