Tell me about a time you had to deal with a negative customer ?
The interview process was pretty simple compared to many companies. After the initial interview with the business officer manager, I had one additional interview with additional managers from the store.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CarMax (Hillside, IL) in Feb 2025
Interview
You are first contacted for a phone interview, then if they like you, you will have an in person meeting with another manager. If all goes well you will hear back for the final step, which is orientation.
