They claim to be a company that trains associates to be car salesman, but if you have no experience then you wont get hired.. how does that make any sense? They asked the same questions just in different forms. It was a long interview with 3 to 4 sections and it was a complete waste of my time. They also DO NOT give VETERANS any type of consideration during the hiring process.

They call you to do an interview, once they day of the interview comes around they have you wait for the manager to interview. It took a while for the manager to finally come out, at that time I just observed the area. Then the manager interviews you and has you watch a video.

3 interview process which can all be done same day but they won’t, you’ll have to wait past your scheduled time so if you’re late I wouldn’t worry about not it
