The Interview process started with my recruiter, Melissa, and I making sure this job was the right fit for me followed by Melissa prepping me for the "real" interview. Melissa did more than an amazing job getting me prepared and I couldn't be more thankful to her for doing so. After that I was told there would be one interview with the boss and then if all went well, a second interview. Both interviews were laid back and low pressure. I spoke with Harrison and he did an amazing job making me feel comfortable. There was a chance for me to introduce myself and say why I thought I'd be a good addition to the company and then the mic was passed and I was told about the specifics of the job, then was able to ask questions at the end.
