There were about 2 or 3 phone interviews, 1 video interview, and then lastly I was called into the office to meet with the hiring managers and other relevant staff members. I was contacted by a recruiter who told me about the career opportunities at Carahsoft. Once it was determined what my interests were, I was asked questions about why I chose that position and what relevant skills sets I possessed that would make be successful in that role. The recruiter was very helpful and provided several tips on how to have a successful in-person interview. I decided to turn down the job offer because I had received another offer with a significantly higher starting salary
