The interview process included meeting with 5 members(45 minutes per) of the QA team, each who are broken up into different scrum teams. Many of the team members had a positive outlook on the prospect of their new product, which from an external perspective was nice to see. Most were mentioning their new shift towards more sprint related activity for their new product and how they were getting over growing pains. Most were somewhat distracted with their computer or phone in front of them, but this may have been to read off standard questions they keep for the interview. Only one interviewer came across as a bit more aggressive than the others, which may be for me the result of receiving no offer; this however does not affect my outlook on the company's future as for prospective interviewees I believe will see the a positive outlook for the company (I was certainly excited), so marking this as a neutral opinion for the interview. It could've been better, though that's likely for both ends.
