I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carbon Black (Waltham, MA) in Sep 2017

Interview

Met with all members of the group I would be working with, plus HR. Spent about 4 hours total on site, in addition to initial phone screen. Process was straight-forward and comfortable. HR person seemed focused on making sure there was a culture fit, which was important to me as well. Team members also were very focused on personality and culture fit.
