Interview
2 separate phone interviews and then 2 separate in person interviews in the Waltham office. Shockingly, to this day, I have not heard back from them on my status. As an HR peer, I feel disrespected with such unprofessional treatment. After my final interview, I was contacted by phone the same day to determine my interest level - I told them I was interested and I have yet to hear back - this was more than 3 months ago !
My overall impression with the process from initial phone screens to the scheduling of interviews to the Waltham interviews is that this organization is not ready for prime time - example, both times I interviewed in Waltham, no receptionist was there to greet me/notify people I was there for my interview. Also, some odd behavior - during the Waltham interviews, the interview coordinator kept sticking his head in the door during every single interview to tell the interviewer that time was up; after 3 or 4 times this becomes unsettling and boorish.

Interview
Overall, it was a positive experience that reaffirmed my interest in the company. I had two phone screens and two in-person interviews with about 6 interviews for each in-person session. While I would have liked the process to move quicker, they told me upfront that the position was not going to be filled until June to set my expectations. I met with with front-line employees I'd support, managers I would partner with and various Executives. The interviews were very conversational so it felt like they were digging more into who I was versus what was on my resume (with only 1.5 years of professional experience), this made perfect sense. They gave me a great picture of what I was getting myself into so I felt very prepared/excited when the offer came along.
