Pretty straight forward interview at their offices in Redwood City. No phone screening involved, just got offered a face-to-face interview off the bat. I got a tour of the facility and had a chance to ask questions as we walked around. The interview itself was pretty casual & informal - we sat in the cafe/break room and spoke for about 30 minutes. My only red flag was the hours - they were looking for someone to work 12-hour shifts at a minimum in an entry-level position.
