I was screened by a recruiter who was impressed with my resume. I then spoke to the hiring manager who was also impressed with my background. He recommended I speak with the Director of Sourcing. He failed to call me at our scheduled interview time. It was re-scheduled and he failed to call me again, and subsequently left an unprofessional voicemail. I let the recruiter know that I didn't wish to continue the interview process and was disappointed in the Director's conduct. I never heard back from the recruiter.
