The hiring process followed the industry standard. I had initial calls from HR and then a follow-up screening call with the hiring manager. Where there was still interest from both side, we proceeded to an in the office for a full day of interviews with the VP, various Directors and Senior Managers. Within a few days, HR called back with an offer. We went through some negotiations and then I accepted the offer.
