The interview start with - 1) HR screening 2) Manager One on One round 3) 3 Days project assignment 4) Technical deep dive three on one 5) Technical deep dive one on one 6) Director round After I finished the round 5 and got a positive result, recruiting HR unexpectedly called me just before Round 6 and informed the position is filled by an internal candidate. It was really painful and unethical if after clearing so may rounds your candidature got cancelled due to this reason. If company is looking from internal pool why they released this opening in job market and that too conducted many round for an eligible job seeker. Please confirm from recruiter that they are serious or else you will loose your precious time for no reason like me (I actively spend 3 weeks for this interview). The recruiter even told me not to confirm other offer before looking their offering.
