Several phone interviews leading to a final in person interview at company headquarters. On site interview included 45 minute meetings with 6 individuals including peers, manager, director, and VP of Sales. What was frustrating about the process is I never got a direct answer to the compensation question. I may have saved everyone time if this question had been answered.
