Very relaxed, met the head Chef and the Lead Manager. After I'd been notified that there had been an opening, I was told a time and location to be present for the interview. Met in the Management office, briefly discussed my skill set, what the requirements for dishing were and what to expect, and hours. Additionally, they got a feel for my personality and I got a sense of the work environment and flow.
