A HR rep or recruiter will call you to perform a standard 30/45 minute hiring screening where they go over your background and qualifications. 1st round interview will be with 2 hiring managers. They will ask you behavioral and situational questions. Final round will be with a director and a supervisor. This is more of a team fit and culture check. Overall the whole process was very casual and so far my favorite interview experience. They truly want to get to know you as a person. Everyone I spoke to asked great questions and gave amazing answers to my own questions.
