Interview

1 30 minute interview, all behavioral questions. Nothing really came out of left-field, they really want people who are open and excited to learning on-the-job. I was a sophomore when I applied and showed a little hesitation about interning out in the field at a warehouse, which is where most supply chain interns will be assigned, which I feel ultimately harmed me the most.

Submitted resume at university's career fair, two weeks later had two 30min on-campus interviews. Very basic behavioral questions. Heard back two weeks later for an offer. Very good HR process.
