Interview
Initial recruiter screen, which was more of a "This is Cardinal", but definitely valuable. Followed up with 2 on-site interviews with an account rep, assuming so they can determine if I was marketable, and a manager. Questions were based on background and examples. Very smooth and typical interview process. The 2 on-site interviews took place on the same day, back-to-back.
