Standard phone interview followed by a face-to-face. They were very accommodating and gracious throughout the process.

What I remember about the interview is that they were very friendly and it more of a get to know you interview. it was a 2 interview process. First one was like a behavioral interview and the second on was a interview to see if I'd fit in with Cardinal's Culture
