I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Cardinal Solutions (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
I first heard of them through a school career fair. Their head of recruitment is very easy to approach and was clearly passionate about his role in talent acquisition. He replied quickly to emails, and was very friendly and open to questions. The interview was very laid back, and conversational. I thoroughly enjoyed talking with two members of their leadership.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Cardinal Solutions (Cincinnati, OH) in May 2015
Interview
Pretty standard intervirw process. All interviews were conducted at Corporate Headquarters. Pretty vague about specific projects I that i was being considered for. Overall positive experience. The work areas in the corp hq are open colaborative with no privacy. Very difficult to conduct PM activities in tbis type of configuration imo.
