Interview process was okay. They help you by sending you the questions ahead of time so that you can prepare for it. There was a panel interview of 4 people. The time was 30-45 min. Like other people have stated, you don't hear anything then all of a sudden a month later you get a rejection. Why even wait that long to let a person know they didn't get the job?? Honestly, if you don't hear anything within 1 week you probably didn't get it. *Candidates of color are strongly suggested to apply* This needs to be taken out of the job description if your entire hiring team is caucasian.
