CareerBuilder normally moves fast. I applied, and got a call back later that night. The interview process normally happens in three stages. Phone screen (basic assessment). Then an in person technical interview with the team lead. (If multiple teams are interested, then a team lead from each team will be present). Next, each team lead that is still interested, will invite you for a second in person interview with their team. If multiple teams are interested, you will separate technical interview with each of the team s.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at CareerBuilder (Noida) in Apr 2019
Interview
First round was an HR-cum-technical discussion via Zoom, which lasted for about 1 hour. They got back to me after about a week. The second was a Panel discussion in their office premises, which was a purely technical round based on JS(ES5, ES6, Angular, node.js, HTML, CSS, Algos). I got the reply next week about the shortlisting. Then the next was a HR round which was more of a salary and cultural fit based discussion. It took another week before the offer letter was rolled out.
