Interview
Had 2-3 sit down and interactive interviews. Communication and follow ups were effective and they were prompt about getting back to me when they said they would. Met with a number of different managers to get a feel for each one and how they operate. Work culture and people seems very positive and young. Seems like a friendly and professional atmosphere.

Interview
I was contacted after submitting my reumse to Careerbuiler by a recruiter. I completed a phone interview and was asked to come in for a face-to-face pannel interview. After completing the panel interview I was asked to come back and meet with the Director of the Dept. for a final face to face intervew (formality), upon such meeting I was extended an offer and I accepted.

Interview
A Careerbuilder recruiter called me two days after I submitted my application. She was very kind and asked if I was able to schedule a phone interview the following day. After the phone interview she invited me to come in for a face-to-face interview with a hiring manager who she thought would be a great match for me.
The interview went very well and I was equipped with candid and detailed information that helped me decide if Careerbuilder would be a good fit for me. I walked out of the interview knowing that this is what I wanted and accepted the offer a week later.
