Recruiter reached out for an interview. I provided available times, and then I never heard back. It's been a few weeks so not sure what happened but maybe the holiday week changed their interest?
Rigorous but fair. I could tell they were passionate about their mission which helped me make my decision when the time came to receive an offer. This was a while ago so I am not sure that the process is the same.
During this time, I was constantly hounded by the external recruiter: if I didn't reply to emails immediately, I'd get a phone call with a voicemail. Then a text message. Then a message on LinkedIn.
I finally met the employee and he asked the most basic questions and wrapped the call early.
After that, I was completely ghosted by both the recruiter as well as the hiring manager, despite repeatedly reaching out to both. After how much I was hounded by the recruiter to have this second call, I can't believe they would just stop responding.
In any case, I probably wouldn't have accepted an offer anyway. This company is clearly way behind the times and struggling to get even the most basic stuff done. Stay away.
