I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Carenet Health (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2012
Interview
Interview was in two stages and was very long and intense. They want to know about your life and interests as well as your work philosophy and dedication. Many interesting and thought provoking questions about your work and outside life including what would your best friend say about you. Interviewer was very nice and probed when you had difficulty answering a question or faltered.
Spoke to a recruiter and interview was easy. Made an offer and sent official offer. I accepted the offer and they rescinded the offer less than 1 week before start date. They said position is no longer available. Very unprofessional.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Simple nursing questions on chest pain, rashes and abdominal pain. Nothing complicated.
Interview process was simple. Went through an AI interview where they asked 5 questions. I also had to a RN assessment, internet speed test, and they tested my typing speed.

Question 1
Name a challenge you faced in your career and how did you fix or handle it?
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Carenet Health (Little Rock, AR) in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied on indeed on a Friday, received an email on Monday to take a typing test, along with an assessment quiz, had to complete and upload a copy of my home internet speed test. Once I completed and passed these tests, I receive an email shortly afterwards (like 30min) asking when I could interview. Interviewed the next day, on Tuesday and was offered the job immediately afterwards (while still on the phone) Day of Interview process: -took almost an hour total via zoom (remote position) -A LOT of scenario questions -what would you do if you were on a call and the computer/charting system went out. -they described the number of calls RNs receive, and wanted to know how I would handle meeting the minimum requirements Pt related questions: was expected to pretend I was on the phone asking follow up questions after being presented with a scenario (not offering treatment options or advice, just what questions I would ask the pt) -after answering all of the questions, they went over scheduling and gave options to choose from and job requirements (equipment, office expectations to support HIPPA etc) Not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting such a long, in depth interview so even though I thoroughly prepared, I still felt like I interviewed horribly! But the recruiters were so nice and helpful..esp when I stumbled and “blanked out.”

Question 1
What would you ask as a triage nurse, to a man who called complaining of dizziness after working outside in the sun? What would you ask a 75 yo woman who called and said she burned herself?
