      Interview

You apply online, and then are sent a link to an assessment. The assessment consists of asking you which state you are in, then for a speed test, then an aptitude test with 120 6 second questions that adapts to how well or poorly you do, then a computer and internet literacy test, a typing test, and a personality test. I just saw that you would play 3 games with 40 questions each for the aptitude test and decided not to pursue this company further. I am surprised so many applicants are moving forward with these kind of steps with no guarantee of a human even looking at your application. This applicant will not waste such time and is moving onto other companies.
