One of the longest processes ever only to be hugely disappointed by the interview process. I applied and immediately received a response for the 1st assessment. It took about 3-4 days before receiving another request to do another assessment. This one was basically a Q&A with an AI. It took almost a week after that to get a request to schedule an interview at a "hiring event." During the assessments they asked about my interview which I sent. Again, BEFORE I even scheduled an interview they asked for it again, which I gave. I was asked to schedule the "hiring event" interview. I showed up on time. No one else did. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come on to transfer me to a zoom room and again wait another 15 minutes for a recruiter to finally show up. 10 seconds later the interview was over. Again, they asked for my internet information which I gave. This was the 3rd time I've had to give it to them. The recruiter immediately said we don't accept that provider. Did I not give this information twice before this moment? YES! I DID! So, why after seeing who my provider was, did Carenet Health ask me to set up the interview? And just like that, it was over. It's not like I'm going to go out and get new internet for a job I may or may not get. This was highly unprofessional. It was a waste of my time to sit for an interview that started nearly 40 minutes late and lasted 10 seconds.

They first make you take a quick 30min test that goes over your ability to do the job. Then you move on to a A.I interview that was unique and fun.
