Cargill FSQR Superintendent interview questions

Phone screening from HR, then onsite interview with department director, got denied within few hours after the interview. Telling me that this is a pure francophone plant at the beginning of interview because my cv was in English. Didnt show any interest in me. I even asked more questions and the director did. I started to wonder why they call me to come for this interview. Director told me they were informed by corporate to recruit FSQR superintendent and they never had this position in this plant. I asked more details of this position and the director seems didnt know much.
