i applied through my university and after a few days i got an interview in office. the questions were basic interview questions about my background, education and interest in the company. it was for their management program for the finance department. Both are questions only and fairly simple about past experience, what you being to the role and how you will manage tasks. Few questions based on pssible scenarios in the workplace
Very smooth and quick recruitment process. First, an HR recruiter calls you, then they schedule you an interview with 2 managers (non of which are recruiting managers). They ask you many accounting questions. They give you a scenario and you have to tell them the journal entries.
