Interview
I applied online. Had a telephone interview first, then went into the plant for an interview with the hiring manger and lastly i had a video interview with the head of the supply chain within this district. The whole process was quite straight forward. A lot of the questions where competency based and also about my knowledge of the business. In preparing for the interview, you should study at every stage because some questions are repeated just to confirm consistency.
