I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Cargill (Wayzata, MN) in Jun 2017
Interview
Applied online in May, then talked to some current employees for referral. First phone screening interview with HR for about 45 minutes, then onsite interview with the hiring manager and another 3 interviewers, 45 minutes each. Yet in the end that position was closed due to internal structure change. Total process took about 2 months. HR did a great job keeping me interested and encouraged me to apply for future opportunities.
3 rounds of interview: 1 HR interview and 2 interviews with employees Questions were mostly fit: Why do you want to join Cargill? Why the agro industry? What are current trends in this industry? Why this position? They ghosted me after the last interview.

Interview
Fully task oriented, no human dimension process. Felt me like I was in an exam. After having spent my time explaining the way i was thinking and structuring the case, I believe ımmedıate response shoud have been more than a ‘sorry no

HR interviews were really good and helpful but i had an online interview with a department manager that was extremely unprofessional and awful. Huh! I have never seen that level of unprofessionalism at such a big company. He asked same question 5 times again and again and again with a different format, finally I stopped him not to ask me same questions… the worst is that he said I passed the interview and everything was really good and he liked it but i got refusal one day later? Come on guys, really?
