It's was quick and simple directly with the boss. Many years ago.
But generally a job process in Cargill here takes a lot of time.
I can't complain about anything because all the process I participed were quick, generally people invited me to participe because of my good reputation.

My experience, hobbies and why do I wish to work there. It's was a temporary job, only for 40 days. But there's was an empty position in a different area, to pregnancy license, so I was invited. I did a simple interview with the director of the area. After the company invited me to work in a different position, it was a challenge, as a financial assistant in a group's company. Then, they decided to close the operations locally and my ex boss invited me to work in the corporate accountability. I accepted and spent six months there. A new position to work as executive assistant LATAM appeared, I entered in the process with two other employees and got the job. Finally a new senior position appeared and I decided to try. I participated in a process with five other employees and got approved again.

After I applied to the advert I had two phone calls with HR and second stage with line supervisor and her direct manager where we spoke for 1h going through different standard interviews questions. 1 day later I had a response offer which I had to respond to within 2 weeks.
