I had 2 in person interviews. I feel this could have been cut down to one phone and one in person as to not take time away from candidates current employment. I also did a job shadow. This was a lot of time to take off work and spend on a job that I did not end up getting. I felt a good connection with the management team I interviewed with and was disappointed to only get a generic email telling me I was not selected for the job.
