I found this via my MBA program and it was fairly lengthy - began in November ended in March. 3 HR screens, 3 Skype Interviews, 3 logic tests, 3 on-site interviews in Mechelen. Then they ghosted me. After 5 weeks and multiple e-mails to them, I finally got the feedback that 'the connection was not there' in the in-person meetings and that they would not extend an offer. For what it's worth I felt I did quite well considering the in-person meeting were only 30 minutes each and I was probably not going to accept an offer had it been extended considering their delay. I've been working full-time for 10+ years and this is by far the worst experience I have had with any company. The fact that none of my e-mails were replied to by HR or even the thank you letters I sent out at each stage of the process says a lot about the organization.
