The process went on for 3 weeks. Got invited to do an interview. The interview went well, HR was super welcoming and friendly. The interview was mainly focused on behavioral questions.

Tell Me About a Time You Disagreed With a Coworker.
Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

Describe what would you do if you have a conflict with a team member.
First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.

Personal question in three consecutive rounds.
Multinational team with high level of professionalism, Position was made to sound amazing, I was disappointed at the final decision only.
