Interviewed by trading manager and a risk manager, motivation and tech questions. asked about some situational questions in previous experience, no surprising questions, related to experience, behave yourself and you will be fine. Asked to show some basic understanding in derivatives trading and programming.
Initial Phone call with HR followed by 2 interview rounds with Senior Managers and Senior Analysts. I was offered the position the very next day. The whole process went smooth.

First round was a call with HR - straightforward, basic questions, recruiter would defer all role-type questions to hiring manager, short session.
2nd round was with hiring manager - hiring manager asked from a list of defined questions, went along in a mechanical fashion.
