A bit disorganized. Though I was on time, had to wait twenty minutes with no acknowledgment while they were interviewing someone else. Then they didn't recognize me even though we had agreed on the interview date and time earlier in the week. Felt the interview went well and that it was a good match. Was told I would get feedback within the week and they never responded. Not even an automated email. Not a very professional company from my impression but they are a start up.
