There was an initial phone call followed by an on-site interview. The entire process took a couple of weeks. The onsite interview involved meeting with a lead engineer followed by a product manager. It was a really great experience.

Interview
Process took a week. Very professional and warm recruiter, a leg up from many of the companies I've interviewed in the LA area. The phone interview consisted of a few soft questions and 4 easy technical ones -- was disappointed to find out that I was not a fit (got ahead of myself and answered poorly on a few questions). Would love to interview again as it seems like a great and respectable company. Was hoping that the interview process would be better though, since it seems like they still haven't found a fit. Disqualifying potential candidates early for bogus flags could cost them great future employees.
