Poor from the start. The interviewer was clearly disengaged the entire interview. She told me 4 minutes prior to 30 minutes that she had a hard stop. I walked away pretty confident that she was not interested (based on the abrupt hard stop claim and that I had done her job at a larger organization) in my candidacy, she still sent me a berke assessment. For a company that claims to promote DEIB, for them to force candidates to take a timed test on their knowledge of English grammar, seems a bit counter productive to the effort. I was then ghosted by the recruiter until I reached back out a week later to close the loop. She confirmed that the hiring manager did not think I was the right fit. Bad communication from their side in a market this competitive.
