Friendly greeting, started with ice breakers to get comfortable. Followed by discussion of my ( person being interviewed ) prior work experiences, questions about things such as as a time I made somebody’s day etc. They were so kind, really welcoming. Followed by discussion of my current job, ending date , my availability, what I’m looking for regarding hours.
