I had a Phone call with the General Manger of the store I applied to. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. The Questions were about customer service experience and familiarity with menu and offerings.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with an unhappy customer and how did you fix their experience?
In person interview after asking for a position in person and receiving a paper with steps to apply online. This was a U of MN caribou so it was pretty straight forward and I was hired after the interview the next day.
Did two interviews. It was cool. But two seemed a bit much for a barista role. But it did show they were looking for someone who was serious. It was pretty laid back and went well
