Caribou Coffee interview questions

Lengthy but good follow up. Needs to be more detailed on documentation procedures. No background checks are being conducted. HR does not visit stores. They just function from the head office. Employee Grieviences are only being answered by the Area Manager.

three phone interviews with three different people; 1st was with HR person who felt I was better qualified for another position they had; I then interviewed with one of the people in that department; after that I had another interview with the giring mgr for that dept.
