Firstly had a phone interview where manager got to know you, next had a in person interview where they asked a bunch of "tell me a time when" interview questions, A few days later received a phone call with a job offer.

Easy and fast hiring process after interview. oddly particular on resume screening before interview request or HR follow-up. generic application questions saved on profile to make applying for multiple positions easier

Pretty straightforward interview process. The hiring team seems very supportive and welcoming. Loved the "Job Shadow" part of the interview process. I wish all companies would let potential employees shadow prospective jobs. Give candidate idea of what the job actually details.

Interview
The process was pretty simple: apply online, have a phone interview, then an in person interview. Since I have experience within a Patient Access department I was able to answer the questions smoothly.
