Carilion in general takes longer than you think they will with calling for an interview. If you want the job, be patient. For really appealing positions, often someone is hired within but they have to still post it (don't take it personal if you don't get a call, they may have someone in mind to advance--this is good for your future work there too.)

Behavioral type. Tell me about a time when you dealt with a difficult patient and how you handled it. Tell me about yourself (hint they don't care about your kids or hobbies),, tell me a time when you witnessed a coworker make a mistake and how you handled it. Tell me about a time you made a mistake and how you made it right, etc.
