Interview
The interview process is pretty straightforward. Expect a typical individual or small panel interview. Each unit you have interest in has an opportunity to request an interview if they are interested as well. This can prolong that. Because an offer will not be officially made typically until you’ve completed interviews on all the units that had requested interviews.
